Newsflash! According to Dollars and Sense (at www.dollarsandsense.org), the Center for Media and Democracy has tallied the total amount of bank bailouts - including not only the $700 billion TARP bailout, but also all the loans disbursed from the Federal Reserve - as being a grand total of $4.7 trillion.

This is still not stimulus, or Keynesian demand-management.
